  149.     As expected, Ultima Underworld 2 has defeated its predecessor this
  150.     week. The game climbs to number 2, but it still has to get a lot more
  151.     points before it can hit number 1. Dune 2 is heading for the top 5
  152.     now. Comanche stopped climbing and sticks to number 18. While we are
  153.     all waiting for Lemmings 2, the original Lemmings suddenly makes a big
  154.     leap to number 36, earning a bullet. Another strange move is made by
  155.     Global Conquest, climbing from 77 to 63 after having dropped in the
  156.     chart for several weeks. King's Quest 5 has lost nearly all its
  157.     points, which makes this game fall very deep to 84.

  159.     The profit from having a Tip 20 is evident when you look at Ultima 6,
  160.     a not so new game entering at 91. Some people started to vote for it,
  161.     which made it show up in the Tip 20. Then other people noticed this
  162.     and started voting for it too, which made it the highest new entry
  163.     this week.
  164.  
  165.     The column with the points shows the added result of the points sent
  166.     by e-mail and the points calculated by checking Usenet News traffic.
  167.     Since the e-mail points have a higher weight in the compilation
  168.     process, we multiplied them with their weight, before adding the news
  169.     points. This is done every week, but wasn't reflected in the columns
  170.     of the previous charts, up till now. So don't be surprised to see much
  171.     higher numbers than last week.
  172.  
  173.     As this is the last chart of February, we compiled a list of the games
  174.     most voted for this month, like we did in January. You can see the
  175.     result below, where the second column denotes the positions of the
  176.     games last month. Note that the points are only those received by e-
  177.     mail, not multiplied by any factor.

  179.     BTW, the number of voters has risen again this week. Keep up the good
  180.     work!
